Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Nilufer Design Edition, every garment is thoughtfully designed and crafted with great attention to detail. Many of our products are produced in limited quantities and may be customized according to customer requirements. We encourage customers to review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Payment Policy

  • We currently accept prepaid orders only.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Dispatch Timeline

  • Ready-to-ship orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days.

  • Made-to-order, customized, or altered garments may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for the same product and style, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, or incorrect size selection.

  • If the requested replacement product is unavailable, store credit valid for 6 months may be issued at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Kindly provide your order number along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

Customized & Altered Orders

  • Customers may request customizations or alterations while placing an order.

  • Products that have been customized, altered, made to specific measurements, or modified upon request are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Customers are advised to review all measurements and customization details carefully before confirming their order.

Sale Items

  • Products purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or with special discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

International Orders

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided processing or production has not begun.

  • Once a customized, altered, or made-to-order garment enters production, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For approved exchanges, return shipping charges may be applicable unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Natural Fabric Disclaimer

  • Our garments are crafted using premium natural fabrics and artisanal techniques.

  • Slight variations in colour, weave, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted and natural fabrics and should not be considered defects.
