Do you provide fittings and alterations?

Yes. Bespoke outfits typically include one to three fitting sessions, depending on the complexity of the design. Made-to-measure outfits generally include one fitting. Ready-to-wear pieces do not include fittings or alterations; however, if you require size or fit adjustments, please contact us before your order is dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, bank transfers, credit and debit cards, along with selected digital payment options for a secure and convenient checkout experience.

Is advance payment required?

Yes. An advance payment, either partial or full depending on the order, is required to confirm all bespoke and made-to-order bookings.

Do you accept international orders?

Currently, we serve customers across India only. We look forward to introducing international shipping in the near future.

Can I return or exchange my order?

As each piece is custom-made or made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will assist you with a suitable resolution.

Will the final product look exactly like the pictures?

We make every effort to ensure the finished garment closely matches the product images. Minor variations in color, texture, or handcrafted details may occur due to lighting, fabric characteristics, and the artisanal nature of our work.

How should I care for my outfit?

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your garment: Designer wear, structured outfits, and blazers should be professionally dry cleaned. Linen garments can be gently hand washed using mild detergent and dried flat in the shade to maintain their shape and texture. Always follow the care instructions provided with your outfit.

Do I need an appointment to visit the studio?

Appointments are recommended for bespoke consultations and personalized styling sessions to ensure dedicated time with our designer. Walk-in visits are welcome, subject to availability.

Yes. We offer complimentary consultations for clients exploring bespoke or made-to-measure clothing. Our designer will guide you through silhouettes, fabrics, colors, fits, and styling recommendations to help you choose an outfit that complements your personality and occasion.

What is bespoke or made-to-measure clothing?

Bespoke and made-to-measure garments are individually crafted based on your body measurements, style preferences, and design requirements. Unlike standard sizing, these outfits are tailored to provide a refined, comfortable, and personalized fit.

How long does a custom order take?

Production timelines vary depending on the design, craftsmanship, and level of detailing. Most bespoke orders are completed within 7–21 working days. Urgent orders may be accommodated based on availability and production capacity.
